Suspended wall piece created from delicate glass sections incorporating gold and silver leaf. The warm colour palette chosen to emulate red minerals and gemstones associated with Kings. This piece demonstrates a reactive glass palette with selenium compounds which when fired at high temperatures develop unusual halos of orange around the precious metal.
