UNTITLED

CONSULTED BY ART ACUMEN
FOR CMS, LONDON EC4 | 2015-16

Various artworks, longest at W11,000mm

An extensive corporate commission including a feature wall unifying the space and offering visual reference from many perspectives through the glass walls. Clean lines and the choice of high spec finishes within the architectural design allowed a perfect backdrop for the geometry and ever-changing angles within the composition.

This project required an 11m glass artwork constructed from over 1500 hand made elements, a 2m smaller piece hung nearby where I introduced the orange, along with two very large scale Glicee prints. The prints were carefully considered swatches of my handmade glass blown up super scale to give viewers the opportunity to see the material content, heat bubbles and iridescence. My colour choices for these prints were consulted in harmony with the bespoke Paul Smith chenille rug.
